Order Processing

• Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
• Processing times may be extended during the holiday season or periods of high order volume.
• You will receive email notifications with updates on your order status.

 

Shipping is handled by Australia Post and is charged at a flat fee of $8.00, with orders over $55.0 being free excluding (bulk orders).

We endeavour to have your Moments in your hands as soon as possible and delivery can be expected to be between 5-10 business days. If you require urgent delivery or bulk orders please contact us at makingmomentsau@gmail.com

If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be accommodated if your order has not yet been packed.
