If you notice an issue or need assistance, please contact us promptly at makingmomentsau@gmail.com and we will do our best to address your concerns before production begins.

Damages/Issues

In the rare event of a defect or error on our part, please reach out to us at makingmomentsau@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Photos of the defects and your order number will be required. We will work with you to find a resolution, such as a replacement or credit, depending on the circumstances.
